4 Apples peeled diced
1 Onion diced
1 Cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 Cup Spiced Apple Cider Concentrate
1 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger
1/4 Tsp. ground nutmeg
2 Whole cloves
1 Tsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tsp. mustard powder
Mix all ingredients in a heavy bottomed pan and simmer until thick and jammy, about 1 hour.
